Themes:

Booth 1: Cloud in a Bottle
Observe how changes in air pressure can make clouds appear and disappear inside a plastic bottle.

Booth 2: Tornado in a Bottle
Create a mini tornado and explore how rotational motion and vortices are formed.

Booth 3: Earthquake Simulator
Become a little engineer and test the stability of buildings during shaking.

Booth 4: Sand Fluidisation
Observe how sand can behave like a liquid under certain conditions and learn about the phenomenon of soil liquefaction.

Booth 5: Extreme Weather Explorer
Work with a parent to design a rubber-band-powered vehicle and test it on a simulated extreme weather track.

Wind Tunnel Demonstration Zone
Although air is invisible, it affects all moving objects! Through wind tunnel demonstrations, participants will explore how air affects flight, speed and motion, and learn the basic principles of lift, drag and aerodynamics.
