Sharing Session with Hong Kong Athletes at the National Games
To complement the "Bank of China (Hong Kong) Presents: National Development and Achievements Series – Approaching Perfection: The Intersection of Sports and Science" exhibition, the Hong Kong Science Museum invites two athletes from the 15th National Games to share their personal backgrounds and journeys through the games. They will introduce their daily training routines, explain the importance of coaches and support teams, discuss how they balance academics and sports, and highlight the role of sports science in their training. This sharing session will offer the audience comprehensive insights into the athletes' lives.
