The activity includes a sharing session and an ecological tour of Kowloon Park. The speaker will first introduce local nature trails, highlighting the natural environments and interesting organisms that can be observed along the way, helping participants learn how to identify subjects for ecological photography. Afterwards, the speaker will lead participants on an outdoor guided tour and climate data collection activity in Kowloon Park, allowing them to appreciate and explore the natural ecology within the city.

Date: 30.5.2026 (Saturday) and 14.6.2026 (Sunday)

Time: 2:00pm - 3:00pm (sharing session); 4:00pm - 5:00pm (ecological tour)

Venue: Classroom, G/F, Hong Kong Science Museum and Kowloon Park

Speaker: Mr. LEUNG Wing-kin, Tony (Author of popular science books about local ecology and eco-tour)

*Participants are required to attend both the sharing session and the ecological tour.

Participants are responsible for arranging transportation between Hong Kong Science Museum and Kowloon Park.

In the event of inclement weather, the ecological tour will be replaced with an indoor activity.

Quota is limited, and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications submitted before the registration start time will not be accepted.

Each applicant may submit only one application during the application period, with a maximum of two attendees per application. Any applicant submitting more than one application will be disqualified.

Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email. Please present the confirmation email at the registration counter on the event day.

The personal data provided in this application will be used solely for the applied activity, and all collected data will be destroyed after completion of the activity.

During the event, there may be staff on-site taking photographs and videos for educational or promotional purposes. If you do not agree to be photographed or filmed, please inform the museum staff before the event.
