– 2:45pm, 3:15pm
– 3:45pm, 4:15pm
– 4:45pm
Description:
Participants will learn the basic concepts of 3D food printing and the process of AI digital food design. The content includes demonstrations of generating 3D models using AI programs and big data platforms, customising the shape, size and texture of food using 3D food printing software, and using a food printer for real-time printing and heating to create delicious and unique 3D printing cookies.
TECH Wonders of Robotic Dogs
Let the robotic dogs explore dangerous environments for you!
Venue: G/F Demonstration Theatre
Time: 2:30pm
– 3:00pm, 4:30pm
– 5:00pmDescription:
Hong Kong has a subtropical climate, with the rainy season occurring between May and September. Heavy rain and dense development along mountainous terrain increase the risk of landslides. Through robotic dog demonstrations conducted by the Geotechnical Engineering Office of the Civil Engineering and Development Department, participants can gain a deeper understanding of how innovation and technology contributes to landslide risk management. You can also experience how robotic dogs inspect dangerous environments through interactive sessions.
3. Science Interactive Session
- Laser Fantasy
- Space Travel Secrets
- Unveiling the Monster's Blood Pressure
Deconstruct Sci-Fi movie scenarios
and explore the science behind!
Venue: G/F Classroom
Time: 1:00pm
– 5:00pm
Description:
Through a series of interactive scientific experiences, we will guide you in deconstructing the scenarios portrayed in Sci-Fi movies, such as space laser weapons, spaceship navigation and battles with giant monsters. We will explore the science behind these scenarios and investigate the possibility of these situations occuring in real life.
4. Workshop
Incredible Robotic Arm
Make a DIY mechanical arm
and experience the magic of hydraulics!
Venue: G/F Laboratory
