Engineer Your Gut Hero: Explore Synthetic Biology and Gut Health
Jointly organised by the Hong Kong Science Museum and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST)



How do millions of microscopic creatures in your tummy keep you healthy? In this activity, students from HKUST will first transform into science communicators during the Storytelling Session, turning gut health and biology into vivid stories. Afterwards, in the Game Session, you can explore synthetics biology through three hands-on challenges: an enzyme-substrate matching game, a surface area stacking adventure, and a genetic circuit puzzle. Join us to create, play, and discover the tiny heroes living in your tummy!
