Chain in Action
Figurines, animals or vehicles are fixed onto a loop chain. As the chain rotates, the objects appear and disappear in front of the background, creating a moving effect.

The Magic of Water Flow
“Water automatons” are made up of a series of transparent glass tubes with spiral textures. The thickness of the tube varies according to the spiral texture, resulting in uneven refraction. As the light passes through, it looks like a stream of water.

The Secret of Dome
A push bar that slides on the cam is moved according to the shape of the track and drives the centre wheel to turn in different directions. The blades can be raised, remain stationery or fall.

Roll out the Music
As the ratchet wheels rotate, a series of hammers are activated to strike metal plates and play a tune. One complete turn of the wheels represents the length of the music. If it turns too fast or too slow, the charm of the music is lost.
